It is often said that a company’s true success is determined by its employees’ satisfaction. On that note, we at Xapads make sure that most of our company policies are built on this idea. Change is constant and evolving with time is not only necessary but also plays a deciding role in a company’s growth.

Akanksha Tripathi (Assistant General Manager, HR) at Xapads has worked hard to keep the employees at Xapads happy and this World Happiness Day let’s get an insight into how happiness is a big part of the Xapads Media family.

Many people from the working force often say that there is no such thing as employee-friendly policies but here is how we make sure things run differently and happily here! For any company’s happiness and well-being, the efforts of the HR department are foremost as this plays a conductive role in helping the employees further their careers. And we at Xapads media form long-term relationships which benefit both, the company and employees. Here’s how:

Flexible working hours

“As team HR, our focus is more on efficiency and productivity instead of working hours which has encouraged our employees to work instead of just clocking-in the required time. This policy has also helped people ease into the work from home routine,” says Akanksha.

Virtual celebration of birthdays and festivals

The pandemic made it impossible for us to join people in their happy moments and celebrations. But then we decided to hold many virtual celebrations which helped us all stay connected while staying apart and that made the employees feel valued. This meant being a part of all celebrations across the organization which required meticulous planning and events to spread cheer among our employees.

Half-yearly increment cycle

A great way to appreciate an employee’s effort is to actually reward them with substantial things. We at Xapads have a half-yearly increment cycle that boosts the morale of employees and helps enhance their performance which is beneficial for both, the organization and employee’s growth

Opening doors to freshers

One of the most impressive HR strategies at Xapads is hiring freshers. It is a great time to help the young crowd of our country joins the workforce and Xapads ensures that the youth of our country is given a fair chance to kickstart their career in the Digital Advertising industry.

Support from management

The employees at Xapads are grateful for their mentors who find it easy to communicate with the board members. The management of the company is truly supportive and personally ensures that all employees are settling well into their respective teams
