Xapads Media Expands into LATAM, Appoints Jesús Juárez As Country Head

Xapads Media has officially expanded into the Latin American (LATAM) market, another milestone in our journey of building a global ad-tech organisation. This move reflects our continued focus on entering key global regions where our technology, execution strength, and local partnerships can create meaningful impact. As part of this expansion, we welcome Jesús Juárez as Country Head – LATAM, who will lead our regional operations, build strong market relationships, and drive scalable growth across the region. 

With 15+ years of digital advertising experience, Jesús brings deep expertise in performance marketing, market strategy, and customer-centric leadership. In his previous role with SHAREit Group, he managed complex performance-marketing campaigns across various verticals, including a high-impact retargeting initiative for Liverpool Mexico that drove significant app-based conversions and revenue lift. 

In his new role, Jesús will helm all strategic growth efforts for Xapads Media in LATAM. His remit includes strengthening regional partnerships, scaling ad-tech solutions across Connected TV and mobile ecosystems, and supporting brands in verticals such as e-commerce, finance, travel, technology, lifestyle, and entertainment.
