They say for an ocean every drop counts and the same is true for success. Every step, small or big, helps you leap forward and that is true for us at Xapads. Ever since the pandemic struck the world changed and the same is true for our industry as last year was a steep learning curve. 2020 is testament to the fact that by evolving we can achieve heights greater even during the worst of times.

From having dozens of meetings daily to working remotely from home, we all have adapted beautifully. While it’s easy to say we managed, the reality is we all learnt a new world order. And therein lies the most important thing about our industry that we value learning, evolving and growing together.

Xapads is celebrating its 16th Birthday and can proudly say celebrating our wins at Xapads in the past year would not have been possible if we all unitedly did not understand learning and adapting. From being unsure of the new waters the pandemic brought in to taking it in our stride, the last year is a journey like no other. Against the odds, in 2020 our jump has been manifold across various verticals, from hiring the highest ever number of employees in a year, to expanding our wings globally, along with the highest percentage of annual increments, to catering more segments, it was phenomenal.

But to be honest all this has been collectively possible because of our industry peers who trusted in us, our Clients, Agencies, Technology makers, Supply partners, to everyone in our loved Industry, as they helped us to ride through the darkest hours during the pandemic.

Not to forget the Champions among Team Xapads that envisioned and determined to take this leap. While the pandemic has changed many things which will not go back to normal soon, yet, we are thankful to great people around us who helped us grow and scale bigger heights. So a big thank you for sticking by Xapads and for believing in us. Your support has helped us grow and achieve new milestones even during the most challenging times.
